In accordance with Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 278/1993 Coll. on the administration of state property as amended, we publish on the website of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard a link to the register of offered state property: https://www.ropk.sk/
The above-mentioned register is a publicly accessible record of surplus state property offered within the scope of a tender procedure, special tender procedure, or electronic auction for sale, and temporarily surplus state property offered for lease, unless Section 13 paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Act provide otherwise. The register is an information system of public administration, which is managed by the Ministry of Finance.
