Short-term recreation for retired personnel of the Directorate General of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard

On September 28 – 29, 2026, the Personnel and Social Activities Department of the Directorate General of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard organized short-term recreation for retired personnel of the Directorate General of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard at the Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard in Kováčová.

This year, 41 retirement pension recipients participated in the short-term recreation, who had terminated their service relationship at the Directorate General of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard and met the condition of reaching 55 years of age or having completed at least 25 years of service.

All participants were welcomed by the Director General of the Corps of Prison and Court Guard, Col. Ing. Jozef Lančarič and the Director of the Department, Col. doc. JUDr. Jozef Valuch, PhD., who, among other things, provided them with an update on the current situation in the Corps of Prison and Court Guard and wished them a pleasant rest and well-being.

During the recreation, the participants had the opportunity to use the centre's services, including selected treatments and access to the swimming pool.
