In the sports complex of the Leopoldov institution, the 2nd annual Strongman sports competition was held, designed for the accused men. 10 competitors stepped up to the start line, testing their strength, endurance, and mental resilience across various disciplines.
Participants completed six challenging disciplines – suitcase carry, tire flipping, pull-up bar hang, sit-ups, overhead presses, and throwing a medicine ball over an obstacle. Each event tested a different aspect of physical fitness, with success depending not only on strength but also on the determination to not give up and to perform as well as possible.
The competition was held in a spirit of fair play and mutual respect. Despite the sporting rivalry, the competitors encouraged each other and created a positive atmosphere that contributed to the success of the entire event. The final ranking was determined by the sum of performances across all disciplines.
The goal of the event was to motivate the accused to use their free time actively, support a healthy lifestyle, develop discipline and perseverance, and strengthen positive values through sports. The second annual event confirmed that sporting activities represent a significant part of the treatment of the accused and create space for personal development, building self-confidence, and overcoming one's own limits.
