The Central Warehouse of the Corps is a purpose-built facility and an organizational unit of the Ružomberok Prison. Within its defined scope, it is methodologically guided and supervised by the Logistics Department of the Directorate General of the Corps. The warehouse is located in Liptovská Štiavnica and is responsible for tasks related to the complete provision of the prison pfficer´s uniforms and their components for members of the Corps, as well as designated clothing items and accommodation materials for remand and sentenced prisoners. In fulfilling these tasks, the Central Warehouse ensures the receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of these material items and maintains inventory records under the management of the Directorate General. Material entitlements are centrally procured by the Logistics Department based on requests submitted by individual facilities of the Corps. The Central Warehouse also performs additional logistical activities in support of the Corps' duties, as defined by Act No. 4/2001 Coll. on the Corps of Prison and Court Guard, as amended.
